Big Love To Our Fund It Heroes

Over the summer we were one of the first projects to go live on new Irish crowd funding website Fund It. Optimistic for the outcome, but unsure how folk would react to this new way of supporting art, we were thrilled to not only raise 100% of our target, but to actually go as far as 111% raising a total of €6,670.00. Without this public support, The Year of Magical Wanking written and performed by the incredible Neil Watkins, would never have happened at Absolut Fringe 2011. Since crossing the Fund It finish line, the show has gone on to be a huge hit at the fringe as well as playing at the Lyric Theatre Festival Belfast with plans afoot for international touring.
